Peter Doughty is employed by the University
College as a Sector Specialist in Digital Media and trains Creative
businesses in all aspects of Art & Design, from Digital
Photography Production, Film and Video, Desktop Top Publishing and
Interactive Multi Media.
His wealth of experience places him in a very strong position to
not only consult on Art & Design in the commercial world but
also to offer his skills as Professional Trainer working in
conjunction with Design companies both Commercial and Government
based.
Clients of Peter’s include the police and Military for whom he has
developed a low cost and very flexible court room evidence
presentation tool, which received acknowledgment in the House Of
Commons, plush has been a lead player in the development of the new
photographic techniques used by the Forces.
Commercial ventures have been able to maximise potential by using Peter as a consultant cost effectively, through his understanding the logistics of such a wide discipline of design. He also has a great understanding of the technical structures as he once worked as an IT Engineer installing hardware and software, and then naturally with his design background developed into a creative IT workflow and structure trainer with specialties in Adobe products which give him the vehicle to show his skills as a Digital Photographer, Camera man and designer.
