Events hosted at the Enterprise Pavilion

Managed by the Arts University College at Bournemouth and with privileged connections across local and national industries, the eP promotes a year round agenda of seminars, business training courses, networking sessions and high calibre exhibitions.

 

Recent events hosted at the eP have included:

European SME Networking Event – with over 20 business support organisations exhibiting, the evening provided the opportunity for local businesses to learn what support is available to them.

The official opening of the UK’s first Screen Academy outside London.

Radical Design, Intelligent Application - a design conference with keynote speakers from across the creative industries.

Costume Symposium 2006 - supported by the BBC and the Costume Designers’ Guild.

Olympus photography exhibitions including work by Sir Ranulph Fiennes and Lord Lichfield.

Long term exhibition of photographs by acclaimed sports photographer Richard Langdon.

Works by the graphic designer Bob Gill and London based contemporary artist Mark Hutchinson.

 

Facilities available at the Enterprise Pavilion

Seminar Room

A flexible space used as boardroom, conference room and theatre and can seat up to 100 delegates in comfort.

 

Exhibition/Networking Space

With floor to ceiling windows and a large decked terrace, this lofty space is used to host exhibitions, gallery displays, speaker seminars and networking events for up to 80 people.

 

Board Room

This self-contained facility features a stunning meeting table for up to 14 executives and an interactive 55” plasma screen.

 

Apple Mac technical suites / Pentium PC technical suite

The eP boasts the largest hireable Mac suites in the South West, with each computer fully networked and installed with a high specification of creative software. Each suite contains 20 workstations and can be booked in totality for corporate training purposes or by individuals for smaller projects.

 

Press & PR

Whether for a launch event, presentation, conference, training exercise, workshop or an exhibition, the eP can even maximise its press and PR channels to assist with the publicity and promotion of your off-site activities.

 

Catering Facilities

The eP provides catering to order, from light refreshments to full buffet meals.

 

All rooms are air conditioned with phone and internet points.

 

Examples of the high profile organisations using the eP’s business facilities include Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Dorset County Council and Activate Performing Arts.
